Researches are being conducted to asses the status of women, to gather information on violence and other kind of exploitation and also to identify the priority areas of intervention. A regular study circle has been organized by the sub-committee with the intention of making women of this generation active organizers of the women’s movement involving them in BMP activities. In the study circle women movements, women organizations, national and international issues on women rights, ideosyncratic women autobiographies, the current situation of the country, etc are discussed. The study group branch has regularly been working with young females where positive feedbacks are received from such groups. Besides these, the sub-committee of BMP has been taken the descision to continue/commemorate a three months certificate course on Gender, Empowerment of Women & Development in every year respectively. Information on women’s movement throughout the world is also being collected in order to devise appropriate strategy for women’s empowerment.
