BMP’s relief and rehabilitation arid nutritional project for the mothers and children made significant contribution during the time of natural calamities. Awareness raising against drug addiction is also among the welfare activities of BMP. It printed and distributed leaflets on drug addiction and abuse for consciousness building.

Bangladesh Mahila Parishad’s sub-committee in Social Welfare
Bangladesh Mahila Parishad’s sub-committee for Social Welfare aids people affected by famine, storm, floods and cold waves in winter. The Social Welfare sub-committee is currently taking efforts to distribute warm clothes among those needy in north Bengal.
